(i) Arbitration, a modern perspective for business. In this download, there is a 4 page index at the start which should identify most of the headings for many of the practical questions that parties pose when they are trying, perhaps for the first time, to find out about how arbitration might address both party’s business needs. What I set out to do is not to force parties to make a decision to use arbitration but to provide some practical information to use to make an informed business decision about what process might best suit their requirements. If I don’t cover something that you feel needs some further comment or description, or if you see an obvious error, then please let me know.
